Aim:
To establish service culture and service concept system that suits the enterprise culture of World Heavy Industry, and promote the brand of “World Heavy Industry”.
To build a high quality service management team with fine skills, strong sense of responsibility, and passion to carve out through the integration of internal resources, and establish a good foundation for the diversified service mode.

Thoughts:
Make use of all the resources to build up and improve the capability to conduct harmonious service in the country; ensure resources in position, information unblocked, the system running in order, and program controlled, and ensure good service.
